Tension Tamer Massage

A combination of Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular Massage Therapy used to address chronic tension and target multiple trigger points. This service is especially recommended for those who require a more penetrating massage to address their muscle issues. 

Headache Helper

30 minutes: $30

Special attention is applied to the muscles of the upper back, shoulders, neck, and head to minimize pain from tension headaches. Trigger points will be treated with Neuromuscular Therapy as they are discovered during this session.

Soul to Sole

Thirty minutes of massage catered to reviving tired and sore feet. Utilizes Swedish Massage along with touches of Reflexology to relax your soles. Includes the calves and ankles.
